Light to Moderate Rain Showers Likely Across Bangladesh

Dhaka: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted that light to moderate rain and thunder showers, accompanied by temporary gusty winds, are expected to occur at many places across the country over the next 24 hours, beginning at 9:00 am today.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a bulletin issued by the BMD this morning specified that these weather conditions are likely to impact the Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions, as well as Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions. The forecast suggests that day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged throughout the country.



On Friday, weather stations recorded the highest temperature at 33.5 degrees Celsius in both Feni and Kutibdia, while the lowest temperature noted was 24 degrees Celsius in Tangail. In Dhaka, residents can expect the sun to set at 5:44 pm today and rise again at 5:52 am tomorrow.
