Dhaka: The Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs convened its inaugural meeting at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, presided over by Committee Chairman Md Monirul Haque Chowdhury.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the meeting was attended by Liberation War Affairs Minister Ahmed Azam Khan, State Minister Ishraq Hossain, and committee members including Md Fazlur Rahman, Md Abdul Hannan, Amir Ejaz Khan, and Rokeya Begum, all of whom are Members of Parliament.
In addition to the committee members, the Secretary of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, along with the heads of departments, directorates, and organisations under the ministry, were present. Senior officials and relevant personnel from the Jatiya Sangsad Secretariat also participated in the meeting.
