Khulna: Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) today announced that the admission test for first-year enrolment for the 2026-27 academic session will be held on January 8, 2027. The decision was made during a special meeting of the university’s Academic Council.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the enrolment exams are planned to take place in three divisional cities: Khulna, Dhaka, and Rajshahi. This strategic move aims to ease the burden of travel and accommodation for students attending the exams. KUET has confirmed that the test will be conducted using the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format.
Further details on the application process, eligibility requirements, examination timetable, and seating arrangements will be disclosed in the university’s forthcoming admission circular. The statement emphasized that holding the exams across three regional cities is intended to reduce the logistical challenges and financial strain on examinees and their families.
