Khaleda Zia Returns Home After Hospitalization for Routine Check-Ups

Dhaka: BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia has returned home after being hospitalized for routine health check-ups. She was admitted to Evercare Hospital on Wednesday night and has now been discharged.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BNP Media Cell Member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed her departure from the hospital, stating, “She left the hospital for residence ‘Firoza’ at 11pm and arrived at 11:30pm.” This development follows her treatment for ongoing health issues.



This morning, BNP Standing Committee Member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain reported that Khaleda Zia’s overall condition is stable and has improved compared to her condition upon admission. The 79-year-old has been dealing with health complications, including arthritis, diabetes, and issues with her kidneys, lungs, and eyes.
