KCC Signs MoU to Extend Urban Primary Health Care Project in Khulna

Khulna: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Monday between Khulna City Corporation (KCC) and partner NGOs ADAMS and BAPSA to continue the Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project (Second Phase). The MoU signing took place at the GIZ Auditorium of Nagar Bhaban with KCC Administrator Md Mokhter Ahmed in attendance. The agreement will remain effective from January 1 to June 30, 2026.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Md Mokhter Ahmed signed the MoU on behalf of KCC, while SM Ali Aslam, Executive Director of ADAMS, and Altap Hossain, Executive Director of BAPSA, represented their respective organizations in the signing. During the event, the KCC Administrator noted Khulna’s efforts in implementing the health project and highlighted the importance of expanding primary health care services for underprivileged people.



The ceremony also saw the participation of senior KCC officials and representatives from the partner NGOs.
