The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 today set July 20 for pronouncing judgment in a crimes against humanity case against four alleged Razakars from Bhandaria upazila in Pirojpur.
The four accused are- Abdul Mannan Howlader, Ashraf Ali alias Asrab Ali Howlader, Md Moharaj Howlader alias Hatkata Moharaj and Md Nurul Amin Howlader.
The three-member ICT-1 panel headed by Justice Md Shahinur Islam set the date through a short order this morning.
Of the four accused, Hatkata Moharaj is on bail and Md Nurul Amin Howlader is yet to be arrested.
All the four were activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and joined local Razakar Bahini as the war began in 1971. They actively participated and committed heinous crimes including crimes against humanity.
