Dhaka: The sitting of the third session of the 13th parliament commenced at 3.31 pm today at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban, with Deputy Speaker Barrister Kayser Kamal presiding over the session. The proceedings of the day began with a recitation from the Holy Quran.
