Govt’s Dedication to Duty Affirmed by Aminur at Journalist Iftar Mahfil

Cumilla: Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Livestock Minister Mohammed Aminur Rashid emphasized the government’s commitment to executing its responsibilities with sincerity and integrity. Speaking as the chief guest at an iftar mahfil organized for journalists in the Tomsom Bridge area, Aminur highlighted his dedication to serving as long as the Prime Minister entrusts him with his current responsibilities.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Aminur expressed his determination to perform his duties with dedication, honesty, and integrity, seeking the prayers of those present. He reiterated the government’s ambition to build a Bangladesh that aligns with the aspirations of the War of Independence and the July mass uprising. The minister underlined the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure national development and meet public expectations.



Aminur also stressed the vital role journalists play in this process, urging them to provide constructive criticism and highlight any governmental shortcomings. He stated that such feedback is essential for advancing both society and the nation. The event saw participation from notable figures such as Mostak Mia, Yusuf Molla Tipu, Rajiur Rahman Rajib, Rezaul Kaiyum, and Shafiul Alam Raihan, alongside around 200 journalists from Cumilla’s print and electronic media.
