DHAKA, April 6, 2017 (BSS)- Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid today said the government has taken very cautious measures to carry question papers through vehicles to check any unfair attempt.
"We have asked authorities concerned to use vehicles with transparent glasses to avoid unfair practices including question paper leakage" he told reporters after visiting examination centre at Siddheswari Girl's College here, an official release said.
Nahid said a qualitative change has been brought in the education sector, including publishing results within 60 days after ending examinations, aiming to improve quality of education in the country.
During his visit, he assured guardians of examinees of holding examinations in a peaceful atmosphere.
Chairman of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board of Dhaka Prof Mahabubur Rahman and principal of the college Kaniz Fatema Akhtar, among others, were present on the occasion.
