Dhaka: The government today urged everyone to wear masks in crowded areas due to the prevalence of COVID-19 in some parts of the country. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued a message to the media emphasizing this precautionary measure.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the message specifically advised elderly and sick individuals to avoid crowded areas. The communication stated, “Considering the rise of COVID-19 infection, everyone is being requested to wear masks in crowded areas. Elderly and sick people are asking for avoiding crowded places.”
