Dhaka:Gas supply to residential and commercial consumers in several areas of Dhaka will be halted for six hours on Thursday to facilitate the replacement of an existing gas distribution line.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the interruption will occur from 2 pm to 8 pm in Smritidhara, Japanese Bazar, Madinabag, Donia, and Rayerbag areas.
During this period, gas pressure may also be low in nearby areas, as noted by Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited. The company issued a notice to inform consumers and other concerned parties of the situation.
Titas Gas authorities have expressed regret for any inconvenience this temporary disruption may cause to consumers.
