Paturia:Ferry services between Paturia and Daulatdia resumed this afternoon following a temporary suspension due to adverse weather conditions.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the ferry services were halted for 45 minutes as a precaution against the nor'wester, heavy rain, and strong waves in the River Padma.
BIWTC Paturia Ghat Deputy General Manager Abdus Salam stated that the suspension began at 2:15 pm to ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles. The services were able to resume at 3 pm when the weather conditions improved.
