Dhaka: Eight more matches of the boys group in the Tasmery Under-14 School Handball tournament were decided on the third day at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the capital.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the matches saw Sunnydale dominate Heed International School with a 10-0 victory. Nirjhor Cantonment Public School had a strong showing, defeating Wills Little Flower by 9-2 after leading the first half by 9-3. Ideal School, Motijheel secured a 9-3 win over Model Academy, while Saint Gregory High School triumphed over Mitali Bidyapith High School with an 11-3 scoreline.

Nirjhor Cantonment Public School also outclassed Model Academy, winning 9-3. Ideal School, Motijheel edged out Willis Little Flower School by 6-4. Navy College delivered an impressive performance against Methodist English Medium School, securing a 12-5 victory.

A total of twenty-eight teams from Dhaka Metropolis, comprising sixteen boys’ teams and twelve girls’ teams, are participating in the tournament
organized by the Bangladesh Handball Federation.
