Nagad has given books to Unmukto Library, an initiative by Dhaka University (DU) student Tanbir Hasan Shaikat.
The library is located near Suhrawardy Udyan’s main entrance, next to Anti-Terrorism Raju Memorial Sculpture in DU.
It is open to the public and was set up by cleaning up trash.
Nagad gave books, including “Unfinished Autobiography,” “Prison Diary,” “Amar Dekha Nayachin,” and “Digital Revolution Drives Finclusion” to the library.
Nagad Chief Public Affairs Officer Solaiman Shukhon and Public Communications Head Muhammad Zahidul Islam handed over the books on behalf of its managing director Tanvir A Mishuk at an event organised at the main entrance of Suhrawardy Udyan.
Tanvir A Mishuk said, “We appreciate Tanbir Hasan Shaikat’s initiative. Nagad will always support such endeavours.”
