Dhaka: The Dhaka University (DU) authorities have announced the schedule of Eid-ul-Adha congregations today. A press release signed by DU Public Relations Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam detailed the arrangements.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, two congregations of Eid-ul-Adha will be held at the Dhaka University Central Mosque, Masjidul Jami’a. The first congregation is scheduled for 7:30 am, led by Senior Imam Khatib Hafez Maulana Nazir Mahmud. The second congregation will follow at 8:30 am, led by the mosque’s senior muazzin MA Jalil.
The release also mentioned additional congregations on the day of Eid. An Eid-ul-Azha congregation will take place at 8 am at Dr Muhammad Shahidullah Hall lawn, and another at the same time at Fazlul Haque Muslim Hall.
