Chowdhury will formally inaugurate the meet as the chief guest.
On the first day of the three-day meet, Border Guard Bangladesh face Assam
Handball Association in the lone men’s section match at 3 pm while Dhaka face
Assam Handball Association in the women’s section match at 4.45 pm.
The three-day meet will be held by the joint initiative of Bangladesh
Handball Federation and Handball Association of Assam state of India.
