Pakistan have restricted Afghanistan to 129 for six in 20 overs in the Super 4 clash of the Asia Cup on Wednesday in Sharjah.

Pakistan won the toss and sent Afghanistan to bat first.

Openers, Hazratullah Zazai and Rahmanullah Gurbaz, went off to a good start smashing 36 runs in 3.5 overs. Haris Rauf removed Gurbaz for 17 and Afghanistan started losing wickets in regular intervals.

After just an over of Gurbazโ€™s dismissal, Mohammad Hasnain removed Zazai for 21 off 17 balls.

Number three Ibrahim Zadran was the highest run getter with his 35 off 37 balls. He was a bit slow in the middle as the wickets were falling from the other end of the wicket.

If Pakistan win this match, both Afghanistan and India will be eliminated from the Asia Cup, and Pakistan will advance to the final along with Sri Lanka.
