C’nawabganj Police Successfully Retrieve 23 Lost Mobile Phones for Owners

C’nawabganj: The district police have successfully recovered 23 mobile phones and returned them to their rightful owners. The recovered phones were officially handed over during a ceremony held at 11:30 am on Sunday in the conference room of the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Chapainawabganj. Superintendent of Police (SP) Gautam Kumar Biswas personally handed over the phones to their owners.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the recovery operation was initiated following General Diaries (GDs) filed by individuals who had lost their mobile phones for various reasons. Utilizing information technology and digital tracking methods, the police were able to trace and recover the devices from different parts of the country.



The recovery effort was carried out by ASI Abdul Motaleb of Chapainawabganj Sadar Police Station, ASI Md. Farhad Hossain of Nachol Police Station, and SI Md. Rabiul Islam of Shibganj Police Station. District Police officials indicated that such initiatives would continue to help citizens recover lost property and strengthen public trust in law enforcement.
