Dhaka: The primary admission process for the 2024-25 academic session under the cluster system of 19 public universities is scheduled to commence on June 22. This initiative marks a significant step in streamlining admissions across multiple institutions.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Cluster Convener and Vice Chancellor of Maulana Bhashani Science and Technology University, Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Azim Akhand, announced the timeline following a meeting with the vice-chancellors of the participating universities. The meeting outlined that the final admissions are planned to occur from July 28 to July 31, facilitating a smooth transition for incoming students.
The universities aim to start classes for the new academic year in the first week of August, provided the admission process proceeds as outlined. This timeline ensures that students can begin their studies without delay, maintaining the academic schedule.
