CA Opens Dhaka International Trade Fair, Inaugurated by Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus

DHAKA: Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus today officially opened the 29th Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) for 2025, held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center in Purbachal. The event marks the beginning of a month-long trade exhibition, which aims to foster international business partnerships and showcase a variety of products from numerous countries.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the inauguration ceremony was attended by prominent officials, including Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin. The event highlighted the significance of the trade fair in promoting economic growth and international trade relations. The chief adviser toured various stalls at the fair and participated in a cultural function, reflecting the fair’s blend of commerce and culture.



The Dhaka International Trade Fair, a staple event in the region’s business calendar, will be accessible to the public from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays and will extend until 10:00 pm on weekends. The fair provides a platform for local and international exhibitors to present their products and services, fostering a vibrant economic exchange and attracting visitors from around the world.
