Panchagarh: The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has pushed 24 individuals into Bangladesh through different border points in the Shingroad and Malkadanga areas of the district. The incident took place across the Sadar and Boda upazilas.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, six individuals were pushed into Bangladesh during the early hours through the Shingroad border in Chaklahat union of Sadar upazila. In a separate incident, 17 individuals were moved across the border through Malkadanga in Boroshoshi union of Boda upazila.
Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) detained these individuals and subsequently handed them over to the local police stations for further processing.
