Dhaka: The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the country’s capital market regulator, has issued a gazette on ‘Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Regulations 2025’. The new regulation became effective immediately upon its publication, as stated in a press release issued today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the rules were published in the extraordinary issue of the Bangladesh Gazette on November 12, 2025. The commission has made the full text of the rules accessible to the public on its official website.
