Dhaka: Members of BNP’s National Standing Committee are scheduled to convene with BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia tomorrow night. The meeting is set to take place at 8 p.m. at her residence, ‘Firoza’, located in Gulshan.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP’s media cell, confirmed today that this gathering is a precursor to Begum Khaleda Zia’s anticipated trip abroad for medical treatment. The standing committee members intend to meet with her before she departs for this purpose later in the week.
