Dhaka:Biman Bangladesh Airlines has reopened its ticket sales counter at the Ashkona Hajj Camp in the capital, aiming to provide greater convenience and comfort for passengers.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the counter will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., as announced by the national flag carrier in a press release.
The airline also stated that passengers experiencing technical issues at its Balaka sales booth can seek assistance and ticket reissuance at the Ashkona Hajj Camp and Motijheel sales centres. Biman reaffirmed its commitment to passenger comfort and convenience by continuing to provide essential services and assistance.
