Bhutanese PM Tobgay Meets Prof Yunus

Dhaka: Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay paid a courtesy call on Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Tuesday. During the meeting, Tobgay expressed gratitude to the Chief Adviser for overseeing a free, fair, peaceful, and credible election during a critical period, as stated by the Chief Adviser's press wing.

According to United News of Bangladesh, Tobgay arrived in Dhaka earlier in the afternoon to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of the new cabinet led by Tarique Rahman. Upon his arrival, he was received by Foreign Adviser Md Touhid Hossain at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
