Bangkok: Bangladesh women’s national football team continued their preparation camp today in Bangkok, Thailand by completing another intensive training session ahead of the upcoming SAFF Women’s Championship.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the team followed a similar training protocol as previous sessions. Training began with warm-up exercises and passing drills, followed by possession-based games. Later in the session, the head coach divided the squad into two groups for a thirty-minute 11 vs 11 practice match aimed at improving players’ positioning in relation to ball movement, as well as understanding team shape both in possession and out of possession.

The day’s training was conducted under hot and humid weather conditions. Despite the challenging environment, the players showed great commitment, focus, and professionalism throughout the session. There are currently no injuries reported within the squad. Following the training, the players completed an ice bath recovery session at the training ground.

The team will continue training tomorrow at the same venue and scheduled time. Additionally, on May 17, the team will play another closed-door friendly football match against Bangkok Women’s FC, a Tier-1 team in the Bangkok Women’s League, at the Alpine Sports Training Camp ground.
