Dhaka: The Bangladesh women’s national football team conducted their first training session in Goa this morning after arriving from Thailand on Thursday evening. This session marks the beginning of their preparations for the forthcoming SAFF Women’s Championship 2026.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the training was held at the Don Bosco training ground and primarily focused on recovery and official tournament preparation. The session commenced with warm-up exercises, followed by passing drills and possession-based games. It concluded with finishing drills as part of the coaching staff’s intensified preparations for the regional tournament.
Team officials have confirmed that all players and staff members are in good condition, with no injuries reported within the squad so far.
