Khulna:The golden jubilee of Bangladesh Shishu Academy, along with Children's Rights Day and World Children's Week 2026, will be celebrated in Khulna from October 6 to 8, under the theme 'A Secure Future for Every Child.'
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Khulna district administration and Bangladesh Shishu Academy have organized a series of events to commemorate these occasions.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is expected to inaugurate the nationwide celebrations via video conference from Bangladesh Shishu Academy in Dhaka at 9:00 am on October 6.
On October 7, various competitions are scheduled to take place at Khulna Shishu Academy, starting at 10:00 am.
The celebrations will conclude on October 8 with a closing ceremony at Khulna Shishu Academy at 11:00 am, featuring discussions, cultural performances, and prize distribution.
