‘B’ Unit Cluster Admission Successfully Conducted in Rangpur

Rangpur: The admission test for the first year ‘B’ unit (Humanities) of the 2025-2026 sessions was held simultaneously in Rangpur, mirroring the nationwide cluster system of 20 public universities. A total of 19,440 admission seekers from across the Rangpur region participated in the examination at eight centers in the Rangpur metropolis from 11 am to 12 noon.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a press release disclosed the details of the event this afternoon. Among the candidates, 3,086 appeared at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR), 3,770 at Rangpur Carmichael College, 1,282 at Rangpur Government College, 1,298 at Government Begum Rokeya College, 4,054 at Cantonment Public School and College, 1,451 at The Millennium Stars School and College, 3,656 at Police Lines School and College, and 843 at Carmichael Collegiate School and College centers in the city.



The release further added that the total attendance rate at the eight examination centers in Rangpur was 86.52 percent.
