Dhaka: Disaster Management and Relief Adviser Faruk E Azam, Bir Protik, today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of BNP’s Vice Chairman, former Minister, and valiant freedom fighter Abdullah Al Noman. In a message of condolence, Faruk, also the liberation war affairs adviser, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Abdullah Al Noman was a dedicated politician who garnered respect as a leader in the political arena. Faruk E Azam noted that with Noman’s demise, the country has lost a renowned politician.
Veteran politician Abdullah Al Noman passed away while undergoing treatment at a city hospital early today at the age of 79.
