Rangpur:A workshop titled 'Advanced research methodology' was conducted at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) on Wednesday. The event took place in the virtual classroom of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, situated in Academic Building-2 on the campus.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the university's Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized the workshop. The Vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Dr Md Showkat Ali, attended as the chief guest, while the Director of the IQAC at BRUR, Professor Dr Md Tajul Islam, presided over the session.
Professor Dr Md Kamrul Hasan, the Chairman of the Department of Marketing at Jashore University of Science and Technology, served as the keynote speaker. He provided an in-depth discussion on advanced research methodologies, techniques, and modern standards relevant to researchers, faculty members, and university students.
The workshop saw participation from faculty members across various departments of the university. In addition, IQAC Additional Directors Dr Md Abdur Rakib and Dr Md Sajib Miah were present at the event.
