Accra:A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Government of Bangladesh and the Government of Germany to implement the "Eco-Build Scaling up Green Construction" project. This initiative aims to promote environmentally sustainable and climate-friendly construction practices in Bangladesh.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Md. Shahriar Kader Siddiky, secretary of the Economic Relations Division of the Ministry of Finance, signed the MoU on behalf of Bangladesh. Mark Gombert, the country director of GIZ Bangladesh, signed for Germany.
