According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, leaders and activists of the BNP and its affiliated organizations are showing great enthusiasm for the visit, with extensive preparations in place to ensure the rally's success. Concurrently, the administration has intensified city beautification efforts and implemented strict security measures.

The Prime Minister's itinerary includes traveling from Tejgaon Airport to Saidpur Airport by military aircraft, visiting the Dharmasabha in Rangpur, and arriving at Hazrat Shah Makhdum (RA) Airport in Rajshahi. He will visit the Rajshahi Dharmasabha Temple at 130 PM, stay briefly at the Rajshahi Circuit House, and deliver a speech at 3 PM at the Madrasa Field rally. Afterward, he will travel to Chittagong and return to Dhaka by night.

The Rajshahi District and Metropolitan BNP held a preparatory meeting, where Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu noted that the Prime Minister will distribute money among jute and sugarcane farmers during the rally, marking a historic temple visit by a head of government outside Dhaka. The visit aims to reconnect with the region's past agricultural prominence.

Rajshahi City Corporation Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton emphasized the importance of presenting issues such as Rajshahi Silk, employment, and the Agricultural University to the Prime Minister. A large turnout, including farmers and party members, is anticipated.

The Rajshahi district administration also held a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Kazi Shahidul Islam, focusing on coordinated efforts for a successful visit. Rajshahi Metropolitan Police have ensured separate security arrangements and intensified surveillance with approximately 400 CCTV cameras to ensure a smooth event.
