Dinajpur:Women and Children Affairs and Social Welfare Minister Prof Dr Abu Zafar Md Zahid Hossain has highlighted the necessity of close monitoring and public awareness campaigns to effectively combat the spread of dengue.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Dr Zahid stressed the importance of these measures during a seminar and awareness discussion held at Dinajpur Medical College. He emphasized that only through vigilant monitoring and informed public campaigns can dengue infections be effectively prevented.

Dr Zahid urged healthcare professionals to not only focus on treatment but also on raising awareness about dengue prevention.
