Accra:Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty winds are likely at one or two places in three divisions of the country in the next 24 hours from 9 am today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) issued a bulletin this morning stating that the divisions of Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram might experience rain or thundershowers with temporary gusty winds.
Elsewhere in the country, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with a temporarily partly cloudy sky. Day and night temperatures are anticipated to remain nearly unchanged nationwide.
The highest temperature recorded on Thursday was 35.5 degrees Celsius at Koyra in Khulna division, while the lowest temperature today was 19.1 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division. The sun will set at 532 pm today and rise at 557 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
