Chittagong:The Chittagong University unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) will host a live screening of Argentine football star Lionel Messi's farewell match on a giant screen at the university campus.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the screening will take place at the Central Shaheed Minar premises at 5:00 am. The initiative is financially supported by State Minister for Land and Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, Barrister Mir Mohammed Helal Uddin.
Ayobur Rahman Tawfick, Assistant General Secretary of the University Central Students' Union (CUCSU), confirmed the event. He stated, "With the financial support of State Minister Mir Helal, CU Chhatra Dal is going to arrange the screening of Messi's farewell match on a giant screen at Shaheed Minar tomorrow."
