Four New Members Nominated to Rangamati Science and Technology University Board

Rangamati:The government has announced the nomination of four new members to join the Regent Board of Rangamati Science and Technology University (RSTU).

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the nominations were formalized through an order issued by the university wing of the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education.

The new appointees, selected for a three-year term, are in accordance with sections 18(2)(f), 18(2)(g), and 18(4) of the Rangamati Science and Technology University Act, 2001. The nominated members include Md. Mostak Uddin Thakur, General Manager of the Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI); Dr. AKM Atiq Ullah, Principal Scientific Officer of the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission; Zamir Uddin, Director of the Chattogram Division of the Department of Environment; and Advocate Mohammad Mamunur Rashid, President of the Rangamati Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
