Al Khurais:The Eastern Province: A Bangladeshi national, Sajib Hossain from Cumilla district, lost his life following an airstrike by the Houthis targeting an Aramco facility in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, as reported by the foreign ministry today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the incident occurred on October 4 in the Al Khurais area. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed profound shock over the death and issued a strong condemnation of the attack.
In addition to condemning the attack, the ministry extended heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased. The Bangladesh Embassy in Saudi Arabia has reached out to Sajib Hossain's family and employer and is offering necessary support.
The embassy is actively coordinating with Saudi authorities to fulfill the formalities required for the repatriation of Sajib's body to Bangladesh.
