Dhaka: Religious Affairs Minister Kazi Shah Mofazzal Houssain, also known as Kaikobad, has called for unity among the Muslim world to ensure the sanctity and security of the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. He emphasized the importance of these cities as central to the faith and emotions of Muslims globally.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Kaikobad highlighted the collective responsibility of protecting these revered sites, aligning with the sentiments expressed by the two Imams of Al-Haramain. He urged Muslim states and communities to overcome differences and work towards unity, peace, and solidarity for the welfare of the Muslim Ummah.
