Khulna: A drawing competition will be held at the Khulna Shishu Academy on September 22 to mark Children's Rights Day, World Children's Week 2026, and the golden jubilee of Bangladesh Shishu Academy. The event promises to be an engaging platform for young artists to express their creativity and imagination.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Khulna Shishu Academy will organize the competition, which is set to begin at 4pm. The competition will feature four distinct categories: Category A for students from Class I to IV, Category B for students from Class V to VII, Category C for students from Class VIII to X, and Category D for children with special needs from Class I to X.
The theme of the competition is "My Dream Shishu Academy." This theme encourages participants to envision and illustrate their ideal version of the academy. Participants may use watercolour, pastel, or poster colours to bring their visions to life, with a time limit of one hour to complete their drawings.
Contestants are required to bring their own drawing materials, while the organizers will provide paper. This initiative aims to foster creativity and highlight the importance of children's rights in society.
