Dhaka: Police under Tejgaon division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have arrested 58 suspected criminals through various drives in the city. “The arrested are involved in various crimes under the Tejgaon division,” said a media and public relations division of the DMP press release here today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, police teams under Tejgaon division conducted regular operations in various crime-prone areas of the division during the last 24 hours and arrested them. Among them, Tejgaon Police Station arrested five, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar six, Mohammadpur 30, Adabar three, Tejgaon Industrial Police nabbed seven, and Hatirjheel Police Station detained seven, the release added. It, however, said that the arrested were produced before the court.
