PM’s Eid Day Schedule Includes National Eidgah, Cemetery Visit, and Armed Forces Feast

Dhaka: Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will take part in three programmes on the day of Eid-ul-Azha. He will join the main Eid congregation at the National Eidgah in the capital at 7:30 am, said Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the premier will later visit Sher-e-Bangla Nagar to pay respects at the graves of his parents, Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, where he will offer Fateha.



Following the visit to the cemetery, the prime minister will return to his residence in Gulshan. In the afternoon, he is scheduled to attend the traditional Borokhana (feast) hosted by the armed forces at Dhaka Cantonment.
