Jamalpur: All preparations have been completed to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha in the district tomorrow.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the main Eid congregation will be held at Jamalpur Central Eidgah field in the town at 8 am.
Imam of Khejurtola Jame mosque, Aman Ullah Kashemi, will conduct the Eid prayer. Jamalpur Municipality Administrator Mousumi Khanam stated that a temporary rain protection shed has been set up to ensure that devotees can perform their Eid prayer even if it rains.
Khanam further mentioned that in case of stormy weather, the Eid congregation will be moved to the Jamalpur model mosque, where it will take place at 8:30 am.
