Dhaka: The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has officially released the draft “Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Corporate Restructuring) Rules, 2026” for public review, inviting stakeholders and interested parties to provide their feedback on the proposed regulatory framework. In a formal notification issued today, the capital market regulator announced its intent to gather comprehensive opinions, suggestions, or objections regarding the new rules.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, market participants and the general public are requested to submit their observations within a strict two-week window from the date of the notice, effective from today. To ensure transparency and widespread access, the commission has made the draft document available for download on its official website.
