Dhaka: Labour and Employment Minister Ariful Haque Choudhury received dividend cheques from two prominent companies, BSRM Group of Companies and Kazi Farms Limited, totaling Taka 58.703 million for the Bangladesh Labour Welfare Foundation’s fund.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, separate delegations from the two organizations presented the donation cheques to Minister Choudhury at his office. BSRM Group of Companies contributed a cheque worth Taka 30.873 million, while Kazi Farms Limited provided another cheque amounting to Taka 27.830 million.
