BNP Plans to Gift House to Shahbagh Resident Golapi Begum

Dhaka: Golapi Begum, who has been residing on the footpath in Shahbagh, is about to receive a new house as a gift from Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. A delegation led by Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul, Adviser to ‘Amra BNP Poribar’, will inaugurate the construction of the house.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a press release issued by Amra BNP Poribar today confirmed the development. The ceremony is scheduled to take place at Ratanpur village under Ratanpur union in Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district at 4 pm tomorrow.



Advocate Abdul Mannan, Member of Parliament for Brahmanbaria-5 (Nabinagar upazila), along with local leaders, is expected to attend the event. All concerned parties have been requested to be present at the programme.
