Gournadi: Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapan today offered the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at the Central Eidgah Mosque in Gournadi Upazila of the district. The Eid congregation was held at 8 am, attracting senior officials of the local administration, political leaders, and a large number of devotees who gathered to perform their prayers.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, after the prayers, special prayers were offered for the welfare, prosperity, and unity of the country and the nation. Following the religious observance, the information minister took the opportunity to exchange Eid greetings with the devotees present at the venue.
On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, Minister Swapan extended his heartfelt greetings and congratulations to the countrymen, emphasizing the significance of unity and collective prosperity during this festive time.
