Dhaka: Two congregations of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr prayers were held at the central mosque of Dhaka University (DU), Masjidul Jami'a.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the first congregation took place at 8:00 am, while the second was held at 9:00 am, as mentioned in a press release. The first congregation was conducted by the mosque's Senior Imam and Khatib, Hafez Maulana Nazir Mahmud. The second congregation was led by the mosque's Senior Muazzin, M A Jalil.
