Dhaka: The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL) has approved a two percent cash dividend per share for the fiscal year 2024-25, officials said. The announcement was made during the AGM held to discuss various aspects of the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, TGTDCL also conducted its 5th Special General Meeting on a digital platform. This virtual meeting was highlighted in a Titas press release issued today, emphasizing the company’s adaptation to digital solutions for efficient communication and management.
The meeting was presided over by Board Chairman and Secretary to the Chief Adviser’s Office Md Saifullah Panna. It was attended by members of the company’s board of directors, senior officials from Petrobangla and Titas, as well as shareholders. This gathering served as a platform for discussing the company’s financial strategies and reinforcing its commitment to shareholder value.
