BNP Calls Emergency Standing Committee Meeting Tonight

Dhaka: BNP has called an emergency meeting of its Standing Committee at 8.30pm today at the BNP Chairperson's political office in Gulshan. BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will join the meeting virtually and preside over it, said BNP Media Cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting has been convened to address pressing issues within the party and discuss the current political situation in the country. The agenda of the meeting is expected to cover strategic planning and organizational matters. The participation of Tarique Rahman, even virtually, underscores the importance of the meeting as he continues to play a crucial role in steering the party's direction from abroad.
